Rental includes full access to all park amenities, featuring a stage equipped with lighting and power for a band, along with tables and chairs set up and ready for use.

Tables and chairs are pre-arranged for convenience, with power readily available for an audio system. Guests also have access to the park’s public restrooms.

An exceptional and distinctive venue, perfectly suited for refined occasions such as bridal and baby showers, corporate team-building retreats, and elegant holiday celebrations.


The rental includes a discreetly located staging room, thoughtfully equipped with a sink and storage space. Additional amenities feature a refrigerator/freezer, conference table with chairs, and comfortable lounge furniture.

General F.A.Q. on Park Rentals

  • The use of glitter, paint, confetti, straw, rice, birdseed, hay, and all similar materials is prohibited in or on the Summit Center premises. No rice, birdseed, faux flower petals or similar items shall be thrown in or around the Summit Center premises. Balloons are permitted but must be secured.

  • Candles, flames or burning material of any kind are NOT allowed anywhere on the Summit Center premises without the express prior written permission of the Summit Center.

  • No tape, adhesives, nails, screws, staples, tacks, or pins are allowed in or on walls, woodworking, windows, furniture, masonry, building exteriors or grounds. All decorations must be removed after the Event.

  • Freestanding decorations such as flower arrangements, signage, etc. are allowed, provided they do not interfere with or damage plants, grass, trees or property in or on the Summit Center premises.

  • Deposits required for all rentals.

  • Special Event Insurance policy may be required.

  • Security may be required at renters’ expense.
